History and Background

Lawhorne Home Improvements was founded in 2003 by Robert Lawhorne. He is a skilled draftsman and has been doing home improvements for the last 30 years. He started this company because he wanted to step into someone’s home and truly make a difference for them. Robert’s motto is to always treat the customers home as if it was his own pride and joy.

We provide all quotes free-of-charge and guarantee they will be valid for up to 90 days from the date you receive them. Should any project begin and the scope of work has changed or an unforeseen problem arises (like water damage found behind a wall), we will halt our work and notify you immediately of any additional costs to remedy the problem. We will NEVER sneak in extra charges on your bill without your prior acknowledgment and approval of extra work needed.

Working with a licensed contractor provides more than just experience. Licensed contractors are insured, which provides a level of protection for you and your property in the event an issue occurs. We are also bound to meet all city/federal requirements for building code and proper inspections.

We know your time is valuable and we will work with you to schedule the best dates possible to work on your project without disrupting your daily life too much. Our goal is to make your renovation or remodeling project as pleasant and as smooth as possible.
